The problem many people have today is that with so many millions and billions of websites all vying for their attention, it is difficult sometimes to know fact from fiction and truth from lie.

The old Latin phrase "CAVEAT EMPTOR," or "let the buyer beware," comes immediately to mind when I read some of the HYIP websites.
Same holds true with income opportunities. Some of them sound way too generous and way too exciting. Somehow the Internet seems to produce "the opportunity of a lifetime" several times a week...
